With a B.A. in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University and an M.A. in English from East Carolina University, Tracy brings a rare blend of analytical skill and clear communication to estate planning. Over 25 years in Human Services and eight years as a Business Systems Analyst with the North Carolina Department of Human Resources have given her deep insight into how families, policies, and systems interact. This experience shapes a thoughtful, people-centered approach to helping clients protect their assets and provide for their loved ones with confidence and clarity.

Outside the office, Tracy is a writer whose work has appeared in Medical Literary Messenger, Midnight & Indigo, and Talking Writing, exploring themes of mental illness and motherhood.
