Terms & Conditions

By booking and submitting payment for a Probate Conflict Consultation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is $500 for a 45-minute session with Attorney White. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

2. Nature of Consultation
This consultation is for informational and strategic discussion purposes only. It is designed to provide general legal guidance regarding your probate matter and potential next steps.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Payment for and participation in this consultation does not establish an ongoing attorney-client relationship with the firm. An attorney-client relationship will only be formed upon the execution of a separate written engagement agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome
The firm makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of your matter. Any discussion of potential strategies or outcomes is based on the information available at the time of the consultation.

5. Client Responsibility
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the consultation. The quality of guidance provided depends on the information you disclose.

6. Confidentiality
Information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential in accordance with applicable ethical rules and professional standards.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the scheduled consultation, may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

8. Refund Policy
All consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. Refunds for cancellations are at the firm’s discretion.

9. Conflict of Interest
The firm reserves the right to decline or terminate the consultation if a conflict of interest is identified. In such cases, the consultation fee will be refunded.

10. Recording & Communication
Consultations may not be recorded without prior written consent from the firm.
